Pilates for Core Strength and Stability is a fantastic low impact workout that perfectly complements your gym workouts.

It focuses on enhancing strength endurance, deep core strength & stability, improving posture, balance, flexibility and can increase sports performance.

Angela Carswell is a local certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor at Anytime Fitness Balwyn & YMCA.

Angela is also a local mum of 3 and long time Pilates enthusiast who strongly believes in the benefits of combing Pilates with regular strength training to achieve optimal results.
