Course Brief

Mat Pilates to build strength from the inside out.  This is a full body energetic workout focusing on posture and alignment.  Over the duration of this course, you will achieve greater functional core strength, enhances body awareness, coordination, and balance.

Suitable for Beginners to Intermediate level 

What you will learn

  • Exercises to strengthen your bones and joints

  • Improve balance and posture

  • Improve flexibility and feel good!

What to bring

  • Yoga mat and small towel

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Water bottle

  • Small hand weights are optional.
