Course Brief

You don't need a mat, a stretch goal, or a baby who'll nap through it. Qigong's slow, circular movements are gentle enough to do with bub in a carrier or settled in your arms. Where fitness-focused mum-and-bub classes ask your postpartum body to work, qigong asks it to soften:  slow breath, gentle sway, unhurried movement that meets you wherever your energy and sleep levels are at. It's less about getting your body "back" and more about coming home to it.

There's something deeper happening too. Babies co-regulate off your nervous system before they can regulate their own; when you're calm, they borrow it. So as you settle into slow, rhythmic movement, you're not just soothing yourself; you're offering your baby a felt sense of safety they'll carry with them. Each 30-minute class ends with one or two simple movements you can remember and repeat at home,  no equipment, no sequence to memorise,  so the calm doesn't stay in the room; it travels home with you.

Over four weeks, you'll also have a small, steady space to connect with other mums moving through the same tender, tired, beautiful season.

This class is designed for mums and bubs up to 12months of age.
