Course Brief

These group personal training sessions are designed to help participants build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, increase mobility, and develop healthy exercise habits in a welcoming community environment.

Sessions combine functional strength training, bodyweight exercises, cardio conditioning, core stability, and mobility work, with modifications provided to suit different fitness levels and abilities
