Course Brief

Functional strength training which is one of the best ways to stay strong, mobile, and independent. This class will focus on real-life movement patterns that improve balance, posture, coordination, and strength — helping make daily tasks feel easier while reducing the risk of injury and falls.

Regular strength training also helps increase bone density. Suitable for all fitness levels, these classes are designed to help you move well, feel stronger, and stay active with confidence.

Angela Carswell

Angela Carswell is a local certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor at Anytime Fitness Balwyn & YMCA.

Angela is also a local mum of 3 and long time Pilates enthusiast who strongly believes in the benefits of combing Pilates with regular strength training to achieve optimal results.
